Yesterday I've successfully installed Big Sur on my first hack with OpenCore. All went rather smooth except a few hiccups. The guide is written in a great detail.
Now I'd like to add Windows 10 and Ubuntu (neither is yet installed my drives). I'm a little confused, do I just need to follow this part of the guide on moving Bootstrap.efi to the mobo, then install both Windows and Linux from their ISOs the standard way and OpenCore will automatically recognize them? Or do I need to install an additional bootloader, GRUB, Bootcamp, whatever?
The guide doesn't seem to mention the big picture of the solution.
