followed Dortania guide, but stuck on boot early on

Specs: Ryzen 3900x, 32GB ram, Gigabyte Aorus Master x570, Samsung 970 NVme ssd, Vega 64.

I double checked by work in ProperTree and applied the AMD patches.

Any ideas?
