I'm currently on Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave 10.14 and want to update. Sources like youtube and Tonymac say that with my hardware it should be a clean and easy install via the Appstore. I did this a couple of months ago and it resulted in a black screen, lost all my info, and I had to do a fresh install. How can I update easily thru the Appstore and not have this happen again.
