hi all, i paid someone to build a hackintosh for me and have had some problems since i started to use it but can't seem to get any help from the guy who built it.
Kernal Task seems to be running very high and it’s causing the PC to lag. Each time i restart the computer it seems to clear it up only to come up after 5-10mins of reopening the same apps. As you can see, the apps are not intensive and shouldn't cause any lag.
I'm also having issues with bluetooth (external dongle) where it keeps searching but not finding any devices and audio output is not detected when i plug a headphone in.
has anyone experienced similar issues or is able to help?

CPU - Intel i7 -10700
MOBO - MSI B460M PRO-VDH WIFI
RAM - Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 2666 MHz DDR4 8GBx2
GPU - Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 570, 8GB
PSU - SilverStone 650W Essential Power Supply
SSD - Samsung 860 EVO 250GB M.2 SATA SSD
