Hey, I’m at post install & I’m currently at my wits end. So basically I’ve been trying to troubleshoot getting nvidia web drivers to work. At first, I installed the drivers, restarted, my two monitors started working and the Lock Screen graphics were properly rendering, but I was locked in a loop between verbose and the Lock Screen. I tried tinkering with the boot-args in the Config.plist. Didn’t work. I tried disabling & reenabling SIP. Didn’t work. Then I tried clearing NVRam and reinstalling the web drivers. Which managed to get the system to boot, but now it doesn’t recognize the graphics card. Before the nvram clear, in about this Mac, graphics showed up as Nvidia display 7mb, it’s currently showing up as display 8mb, which was what it came up as before i installed any web drivers. I followed the OpenCore vanilla guide. And I used nvidia-update off of github.
My specs: MSI gaming pro x470 motherboard | AMD Ryzen 2600X | MSI gaming x Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb | ASUS PCE-AX58BT intel WiFi card | WD caviar blue HDD
I’m running MacOS 10.13.6 High Sierra via OpenCore
