I have the AppleALC audio working on my system, but the quality isn't great - My old hackintosh had SP/DIF out on the MB, which seemed to give a cleaner sound (or could be the codec).
What are folks using for audio on their hacks that has optical audio out? I'm going to hook it up to my sound bar, so it doesn't need to be anything super complicated.
