OC 0.5.9 and Dell DW 1560 / BCM4352 not working

Hello,

I am currently using Mojave 10.14.6 with Clover 5118, and I have a DW 1560 / BCM4352 wifi/bluetooth card that is working perfectly (I am typing this message right now with this setup). I'm trying to switch this laptop over to OC, and I have followed the Dortania laptop guide, created my SSDTs using SSDTTime, and got all of the official kexts from acidanthera's github. I placed AirportBrcmFixup.kext in the Kexts folder, and used `ProperTree with OC Clean snapshot. Everything is in place and I am able to boot up my machine to the installer screen, but wifi refuses to work. The wifi icon simply shows "Turn on wi-fi" but does nothing. I'm at my wits end. I ran "lspci -nn" in Manjaro Linux, and it shows the card as "14e4:43b1" which is completely supported and one of the recommended cards.
