Hackintosh no longer dual boots and goes straight to Windows

Hi,

My OpenCore Hackintosh no longer boots into Mac OS and goes straight to Windows even when selected in the F12 startup menu.

I have 2 NVMe drives, one Windows and the other Mac OS, both show up in the BIOS but unless I physically remove the Windows drive it will not boot into Mac OS.

Both drives show in the Boot Option Priorites but only one in the Boot Sequence

Is there a way to disable a NVMe in the BIOS rather than taking it out altogether?

Any ideas?
