Completely disable powernap on catalina?

Hi there!

My hack suddenly wakes when sleeps. Display is off, but fans start working like it does something. After a few (10-20) seconds it goes back to sleep.

I have set "Put hard disks to sleep" on, the rest, including powernap, is off:
