Noob: Need help to get 4K graphics for UHD 650

I've asked a few times in previous posts but I seem to hit a dead end with technical recommendations or advice which I find very difficult to understand and implement in the configuration.

if you're running UHD 650 at 4K 60Hz via HDMI can you please share your Opencore configuration with me.
