HDCP Not Working on Hackintosh but Windows 10

Specs

i7 9700k

64 GB 3600 MHz DDR4

AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 [Both Monitors are using DisplayPort]

Gigabyte Z390 Designare

Every time I want to watch I have this error that tells me that I have need HDCP and I cant watch in HD. https://imgur.com/etJBoka. https://imgur.com/hPhVjUn

But in Windows 10 it works no issue. I bought a new DisplayPort cable but still does not work.

Please help me fix it!!

also, I am using Clover Bootloader and my Monitors are Dell P2314H and LG 32QK500-C.
