Want to build the best mackintosh for producing music I can afford, and this all looks like another language to me

So I have never build a PC. My friend gave me his case and other parts to start (i see they aren't compatible) and i've stared at these posts and feel dyslexic. I'm mostly a music producer running logic and ableton, I do graphic design and photo/video editing with adobe premiere/illustrator/photoshop/lightroom, and want to build a really powerful hackintosh.

I'm thinking to get an i9 because it looks like AMD doesn't work with adobe well

but AMD for graphics is a must?

If i just max out all the components, am i just wasting money?
