Stuck trying to do my first vanilla install (Catalina 1.15.4)

I'm fairly new to the hackintosh scene, I've built one before using a distro however I've decided to go with vanilla this time after reading many of the comments here. The distro was of High Sierra, so at the minimum I know the system can run that, however I'm not aware of what exact kexts and drivers it was using.

I've been using the guides here and here. I got to the point where I finally had finished with my config.plist file, however going to boot just results in a error like this from opencore upon boot:

"00:000 00:000 OC: Setting NVRAM 4D1FDA02-38C7-4A6A-9CC6-4BCCA8B30102:rtc-blacklist - Not Found"

It hangs on this, and if i delete that NVRAM entry in config.plist, all i get is a black screen. I've also tried making sure my settings in the UEFI/BIOS were correct (I am not 100% sure of this either). I've asked for help on the AMD OS X discord however i haven't been able to get anyone's help from there today. Here's my specs below for the system:

CPU: AMD FX-8350

RAM: 32 GB DDR3 @ 802MHZ

Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0

GPU: Nvidia GTX 660

Storage: PNY 120 GB SSD

Any help is massively appreciated!
