Problems with VirtualSMC? Attempting OpenCore upgrade

Currently running Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave with what I thought were deprecated kexts (FakeSMC). Every time I tried to update my kexts on a separate Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave install, I've failed to have Success ful boot with VirtualSMC.

And that's where it hangs.

Another dumb question: If I reset the NVRAM, do the BIOS settings reset the boot priority as well? After I cleared the NVRAM using the OpenCore menu (which does not stay on the screen long enough for my taste), my system rebooted using my backup internal drive bringing me to the Clover screen.
