Stuck need help please

Hi everyone hope everybody are fine. First at all sorry for my bad english.

I've some trouble with my hackintosh. I have moove from mojave to catalina and everything work great but last week i start the newest version of catalina and now i can do anything.

I've follow lot of tutorial, made an secureErase of my SSD and nothing work. Recently i try to do again the tutorial i've follow to install mojave but at the end i'm stuck at the white screen with the apple grey logo and my computer restart and restart and restart.

Also i try to install directly catalina with a tutorial of technolli but when i try to install it on my SSD i got the message "an error was occured...".

So if anyone can help me.
