Does ASMedia USB Chipset work on hackintosh?

Hello,

I have USB Type-C port that I wanted to use. Unfortunately its under the ASMedia chipset. I have all my Intel USB chipset working and properly mapped already.

Are there ways to make ASMedia chipset work?
