Wifi card and SSD for Thinkpad X260 hackintosh ?

Is there anyone here using X260 Hackintosh with Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina, is there any problem with Mac Continuity & handoff, AirDrop or Hotspot ? How about OpenCore?

I'm going to Hackintosh the X260, but I find it a little bit hard in finding the wifi card in France or Europe.

I found some DW1560 on Ebay.fr, but they said that it could not compact with any IBM/Thinkpad/IBM or HP version laptop, e.g.: https://www.ebay.fr/c/1059672516

For the SSD, is SSD Crucial MX500 500GB a good one for Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina?
