Need help with the components of my first Hackintosh

Hey guys,

I want to build my first Hackintosh and I am struggling a bit with finding compatible components. My budget is around 1000-1200 Euros and these are the components I am thinking about so far:

- CPU: i7 9700K

- GPU: 8GB Sapphire Radeon RX 580 Pulse

- Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming

- RAM: 16GB G.Skill Aegis DDR4-3000 CL16

- Storage: M.2 512GB ADATA XPG SX8200 PRO

- Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock PRO 4

- PSU: 650 WATT Corsair TX-M Series TX650 80+ Gold

I read a lot of times that the Z390 motherboards should be avoided, but there are many successful builds with the Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming and I can only find used Z370 ones. I want to use this build for around 5-6 years, do you think the RX580 will be struggling? Also is the cooler good enough for an i7 9700K?
