Catalina homebrew read-only

Hi all,

I've freshly installed Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina on my new M.2 and everything is fine except that when I try to run

brew service restart httpd

it gives me error for read-only.

I've disabled SIP and mounted partition as rw, but it's until reboot. Is there any way it can work without manually mounting it rw?
