Update from High Sierra to Catalina Black Screen after -v

Hey just updated to Catalina, all went well until trying to boot I'm after install. Here is my current kernel before the screen goes dim black. It's like it's on but no image. https://i.imgur.com/LXrsWGb.jpg

System: 6700k msi z170a tomahawk, new 5700 xt gpu. I'm using agdpmod=pikera in args. Have latest lilu, wegu etc. No idea what is wrong. Any ideas? Thanks!
