Yes! Finally I got it working. What fun it was building a Hackintosh!
Mainboard: Gigabye B360n Wifi
CPU: Intel Core i5 8400
Cooling: Noctia NH-L9i + 2x 50x50x15 Fan Gelid Solutions FN-SX05-40
RAM: G.Skill DDR4 Value 2x4GB 2400Mhz
SSD: Crucial P1 1TB M.2 SSD
Case: Realan H60 + 150W picoPSU LR1108 + 84Watt 12v Adapter (yes, I know.. but it does work fine)
Monitor: 2x MSI Optix MAG241c Monitor
Input: Original magic trackpad en keyboard
WIFI: 802.11AC BCM94360CS2 Airport WiFi 867 Mbps WLAN Kaart Bluetooth 4.0 + NGFF M.2 Adapter
Everything works!! I do need to give credits to user ksl1402 on Tonymacx86. His post https://www.Tonymacx86/threads/guide-general-framebuffer-patching-guide-hdmi-black-screen-problem.269149/page-40#post-1924913 which features his EFI folder got me on the right track!
Works:
Double Screen HDMI
Wifi, Bluetooh
All iCloud services, Handoff, Continuity, etc.
Little thing: When booting.. the first Monitor is a bit glitchy.. When everythings initialized all works fine.. With one monitor attached there is no glitching.. I can live with it.
