Installing Windows on separate drive

Hey, i have a High Sierra hackintosh that i built earlier this year, i just bought an additional SSD to install Windows.

Basically i want to have a dual boot, but on separate drives. I want it so that on boot up Clover gives me the option to choose between Mac or Windows.

What are the risks? What are some key mistakes to avoid?

What are the best guides/resources on the internet for this?

Are my specs compatible?
( i7-8700 CPU with integrated graphics (no gpu card), MoBo is Z370N Wifi Mini ITX, Crucial 16GB RAM DDR4-2666, currently my mac OS is running from a Samsung 970 Evo m.2 SSD (so not possible to unplug), the hard drive i will install on is a WD Blue SSD 500GB)

Can i run Windows 10 without a gfx card? (i run integrated graphics in my i7-8700)

Thanks for any responses!! I'm scared to move forward without the words of an experienced person lol
