iMessage: Contacted Apple Support 2 times, still Customer Code error

Hello!

Recently, I called up Apple about the Customer Code issue on my laptop. The woman said that I should be able to log back in now, even prompted me to reset my NVRAM.

However, I did reset my NVRAM, cleared all iMessage and FaceTime files and still gives me (the same) Customer Code error. My MLB ROM etc is correct, the woman told me that she "removed the block from my account".

However, and this is very weird!!!!

She looked up my (10x confirmed it was NOT!!!!!!!!!!! activated) S/N and did these thing by this, and when I check now my S/N on Apple serial lookup, it does recognize as a device, it shows my "device". What is this? Should I worry about it?

What I tried:

- Deleted iMessage files again
- Tried from another wifi/personal hotspot (maybe it was WAN issue as all the guides are saying)

What else should I do, any tips?

I don't think it is OS/Laptop/Config problem, but:

- MacOS 10.15.2
- MacBookPro13,1 smbios
