Getting stuck after multiple reboots during install

I can install Mojave but after multiple reboots, its get stuck saying busy timeout[1]: 'AppleACPICPU', 'AWAC'. After along time, the screen turn blank.

Here is my laptop spec:

Intel i7 9750H, Intel HM370 chipset, Intel UHD Graphics 630, GTX1650, 16GB RAM, Wifi DW1820a, 512GB SAMSUNG MZVLB512HAJQ, 128GB ADATA SX6000, 1TB HDD.

Bios settings:

Intel Virtualization-disabled, Secure boot-disabled, UEFI OS, SATA mode-AHCI
