Streaming and recording with hacking leg, which graphic card to get ?

Hello,

I got an hackintosh running Mojave with i5 8400 but no external GPU. I would like to stream things on my Mac and record screen for YouTube and tutorial stuff. It’s not videogames but computer music stuff.

Would the internal gpu be enough for that ? Otherwise what would be a good choice of graphic card for me ? Of course easily hackintosh friendly ?
