Replace my GPU with a Radeon VII

Hi everyone, before spending a lot of money, I wanted to know your opinions as well. I am currently using Asus 390X and it keeps freezing randomly in any kind of OS. I have tried everything. It looks 95% the problem is caused by GPU.

So I have decided to replace my GPU and while surfing, I have found a 3 months old Radeon VII with the price of a new 5700XT.

My main purposes for this GPU will be, gaming, machine learning (Keras, pytorch), video editing. What do you guys think? Should I get the GPU or get something else?
