Hackintosh - Lenovo T420s Help! High Sierra and beyond!

Following a few online guides (and a very helpful German video) I was able to successfully install and run MacOS 10.12.6 Sierra on my Lenovo T420s (not the T420 - it actually runs great). But, even something like Fortnite isn't supported with this older OS version anymore, and I'd love to upgrade.

I've read a crap ton of T420 (non-"s") guides - since I can't find any extensive T420s guides, downloaded the kexts for a number of sources, tried different combinations of "Clover" injections and still, I can't get this thing to install and boot High Sierra. - not sure if it's the Kexts, the config file or what, all I know is the installer wont boot after I create the High Sierra USB with the same process I used to format the Sierra USB.

I did get the thing to boot and "pre-install" Mojave using the Dosdude1 patch, but whenever I try to force the patch in the "post-install" phase, the whole computer just freezes. (it's my understanding that the integrated Intel HD 3000 graphics is the big hurdle)

Any input anyone has would be outstanding!
