Over the weekend i'll be taking a stab at building a couple of hackintoshes for the first time.
1: intel 5820k, X99-pro, ADATA NVME and an rx580.
2: AMD TR2950X, x399-E Gaming, Intel 6XX NVME(might use a sata SSD thought) which has 2x 1080ti. This is my everyday Windows workstation but i figure it'd also be a hoot to make it run OSX.
I understand that in build 2 im limited to High Sierra, which is ok as far as I'm concerned.
Is there anything i should be aware of before i undertake this? I've ingested a few guides seen a few videos on youtube?
Also FakeSMC vs VirtualSMC is my only real question at this point besides a general "any Gotcha's" i should be aware of with either platform.
