Panic when attempting to boot fresh macOS Mojave install on laptop

Hardware:

CPU: Intel 4510U

GPU: GeForce 840m (disabled atm), Intel HD graphics 4400

RAM: 12GB DDR3L

Motherboard/Laptop model: HP Envy m7-k111dx

Ethernet Card: Realtek RL 8111

What part I got an issue with: Finished macOS install, tried to boot macOS Mojave, and got a panic during the boot. Image

What files/config I am using: config.plist with the added boot args -v debug=0x100 keepsyms=1, disabeld panic logging, kexts:
