Hackintosh recognizing usb mouse and keyboard but no external memory [Gigabyte GA-H270M-DS3H, Skylake, Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050, Vanilla guide]

Just finished updating to the latest Vanilla Guide and everything is running smoothly except for external memory support. Neither flash nor usb 3 drives read. 'Diskutil list' isn't picking up anything either (aside internal). Anyone know what the problem might be?
