Question about 9th gen CPUs and Z390 boards.

I remember reading these boards required EmuVariable, that AptioMemoryFix didn't work with them. I also thought I read something about not being able to swap the WiFi/BT modules in with compatible BCM ones. I tried searching so I could link the source but I came up with nothing. So... the 9700k and 9900k on a z390 work fine? Can anyone confirm?
