High Sierra boot stuck at “End RandomSeed ++++++++++”

First of all, I’m basically a complete noob at hackintosh. I’m trying to install High Sierra on an AMD based system ( specs below ) based on this tutorial:

Everything went beautiful until the finish, where I was supposed to reboot and be greeted by the now installed macOS 10.13. However, I noticed the progress bar didn’t appear, and the hard drive led didn’t flash at all so I verboosed and was stuck here:

Apart from this PC, I only have a Windows running laptop if I were to use something to diagnose this.

I tried changing the RAM slot, changing the USB port, some bootflags like “nv_disable=1” and “disablegfxfirmware=1” Nothing worked. I’ve seen something about a “osxaptiofix3drv” or “aptiofixmemory” but I don’t understand how to handle those.

If you have a solution please let me know and maybe explain it as you would tell it to a 2 year old to make sure I fully understand. I could say I handle Windows like a pro, but macOS, little to no experience.
