Best VM for running Windows in Mac? Is a Dual-Boot w/ Windows a better option for Gaming in Hackintosh?

Hey all.

Running a Designer Z390 Mobo, i9900 3.6 chip, 16gb RAM, 500GB SSD, Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 580.

Trying to figure out my best options (and cheapest) for running PC games, or occasional gaming. I'd still like good performance, if not extreeeee-e-e-e-eme.

Can anyone help me out? Not sure what the best choice is.
