Was starting to dive into DSDT/SSDT last night.
First step was to go into macOS and make sure /EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/origin was empty. It was.
Restarted, F4 at Clover, and then enter to boot macOS from SSD. Starts to load up but then gets stuck in a loop that I let run for about 20 minutes. A segment of the loop is pictured below (sorry tried to get a crisp picture, but wouldn't turn out).
I forced a shutdown, restarted (without F4), and it booted into macOS. The /EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/origin was populated with about 50 files. I'm not sure if this is all of them, or what was produced was correct given this error loop. Meant to ls -l /EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/origin > dir.txt
so I could post a list before I walked out the door this morning.
Tried a few more times with the same results. Boots fine without F4; with F4 error loop.
How can I tell if these 50 or so files it produced are accurate to use? Do I need to resolve this error loop and then try again?
