Issue when trying to install Sierra on Inspiron 7559 i7 Touch

So when I try to install macOS Sierra on my i7559 i7 Touch, I get the "no debugger device" error.

Specs: Intel Core i7-6700HQ, GTX 960M, Intel HD 530, 16GB DDR3L RAM, Bios version is 1.2.2
