Vanilla install, text editing plist, do I delete everything that isn't in the guide?

Coffee lake install, the guide shows changes for Graphics and FakeID, my current plist has WAY more in each of those sections than what the guide shows. Do I delete what I have and just paste in the guide stuff? Or do I add that to whats already there?
