This past week, I did my first vanilla install of Mojave on the Optiplex 9020 SFF. It came with a AMD 8490 (or 8590?) GPU, but since there aren't any native macOS drivers for it, I'm using the onboard GPU from my i7-4770. Given that this is a small form factor chassis (low profile, single slot, and half height) and has limited PSU capacity (35W PCI slot #1, 25W #2), I'm looking for some GPU options that are macOS compatible.
Lots of people recommend 1030 or 1050s, but I'd prefer Mojave instead of High Sierra. Do I have an options here for a GPU, and if so, does it perform any better than the iGPU?
