MacOS utilities problem

I've read many posts about the utilities bug, since I came across it. I have tried all the guided options to no avail.

In the guides it has been stated that...

The drive is not GPT (in my example I was using a previously GPT drive, recently I erased all disks, ssd, hdd, USB, etc and formatted to GPT again, just to make sure but no success)

You need to make a new installer drive (well, this is my sixth one so...)

Make sure got actually read the guide (done that, doing it for the 15th time now, in that time the software I used to make the installer updated, the updated version didn't fix it)

Try vanilla (much too involved and not necessary as the method I used worked before, but other problems are happening now)

Wait (it does not take 2 hours for it to boot)

The issue is, after booting into clover and getting to the MacOS utilities screen, I click the option to install Mojave (the continue button is NOT greyed out) and click continue (drive has been reformatted with disk utility) it clicks blue then turns grey... and the other menu options decide not to respond, leaving me at a wall...

Is there any additional fixes? I don't know what I can do, this method worked every time before, but for some reason is not working now.

The example:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PVfYiuXy86csULozKbqlQwjLrlts3uh7/view?usp=drivesdk

Device Hardware:

Acer Aspire es1-572-31kw

CPU: i3-6100u GPU: intel HD 520 Storage: 1 TB HDD, 128 GB SSD WiFi: intel dual band wireless AC 3168 Audio: realtek ALC233 Motherboard: REX? RAM: 8 GB

Software:

Unibeast 9.0.0 - Unibeast 9.1.0 MacOS Mojave 10.14.0 - 10.14.3 Clover v2.4k r4674 - Clover v2.4k r4862 UEFI BIOS InsydeH2O v1.17

Method:

Create VM of MacOS in virtualbox

Pass USB through to VM

Format USB to HFS+ and GUID

Create installer with Unibeast and cached Mojave installer app (to ensure everything is the same)

Add Voodoops2 kext to allow mouse & keyboard to work

Boot USB and install Mojave after formatting HDD and partitioning it.

Install android driver into mac and Horndis.

Connect to internet via tethering.

Finish modifications (varies).
