Is it normal for mojave to have input lag without graphic acceleration?

I recently got into hackintosh and installed it on both my desktop and laptop. The hackintosh works flawlessly on my desktop but it is utter garbage on my laptop.

Said laptop is 2500u based, i know vega 8 is not supported but i did not think it was this bad without hardware accleration. I have terrible input lag on my keyboard and mouse input and windows bugging out before rendering.

For reference to how bad it was, it took me 4 hours to type 4 lines of code involving removing and replacing kernel and prelinkedkernels. 4 HOURS, in-between input delays duplicating my keystrokes and delayed screen update, i nearly gave it up but good thing its chinese new year and i have time.

But now that i got into macos, the input delay is still there. Mouse is slightly better now; at least it is usable, but it feels as if i am using a pentium 4 system. I am not very good at this which is why i am currently seeking help here.
