Hi, i'm trying to make an hackintosh on my sister's pc. I've already installed High Sierra on mine and it's working, so this is my second hackintosh attempt.
There is no way to make ethernet work, the system always says no pci device found and internet doesn't work.
In the OS settings under internet i just see Firewire and no ethernet or wifi option.
This is what i did the entire day: (system is Sierra 10.12)
- tryed several ethernet kext on multibeast, of course trying one, rebooting, not working, deleting kext, change, repeat
- tryed Mieze's realtek 8111 2.2.2 kext with KextBeast and manually copying into clover EFI
- tryed deleting OS's internet config files and running kextcache -i /
- tryed using Windows 10 and internet it works fine
I've searched a lot and i can't find a solution, the specs are:
- Asus P5QL-E
- Intel Core 2 Duo E8500
- HD6570 (which is working and recognized by default)
- 4GB ram
- SSD Samsung 860 Evo 250gb
Also, i've used the Olarila raw file to install Sierra and Multibeast to install Clover on Legacy mode (uefi wouldn't boot)
If there is anything else i can post to give you more information to help me just tell, i don't know what more i can provide.
Also audio is not working but i believe i didn't try to fix it yet since it's better to fix internet first.
