So, I just moved my Hackintosh to my new office, and plugged everything in. But nothing is showing up on the screen when I turn it on. I plugged my Macbook Pro in, and it shows up fine, so it isn't a monitor issue.
Using HDMI.
Worked on a different monitor in the previous office, so it was working yesterday.

Sapphire RX 580 Graphics
16GB Ram
8700 i7 CPU
