potential APFS problem (after upgrade from High Sierra)

I basically had High Sierra running as HFS+ and made the app Store upgrade to Mojave, which forced a conversion to APFS and now every time I shut down my Laptop (Thinkpad x1c 5th gen) I get this wierd flags.

I run MacOS on the same Drive as my Windows 10 (my device has only one NVME slot) and it created a APFS container on said NVME. Back in summer 2018 I installed High Sierra next to my existing Windows 10.

I thought maybe this could be a problem with my UEFI driver selection, but I can't figure out wether this is a real problem or not important at all. I don't have any performance problems, but it nags me nevertheless :P
