Issues with iGPU VRAM - Only shows 14mb on Mojave 10.14.3

I've been lurking here for a couple weeks and just completed my first build. Thanks to many of you on this sub for the help. Like the title says I'm unable to solve this problem, after doing much digging into other folks' solutions, I've had no luck getting passed this. My details below:

Mobo: ASUS ROG Strix Z390-E

CPU: Intel I7-9700k

GPU: ASUS ROG Strix RTX2080 (not used for macOS but, is installed and used for Windows)

I'm passed install and booting/restarting works consistently. Windows also works properly with RTX via DisplayPort, with a simple unplugging of the iGPU HDMI cable. However, when viewing "About This Mac" there is no graphics card type mentioned and macOS only sees 14mb of VRAM. This comes along with various graphical glitches.

Not sure if this is all the required info for diagnosis or not, just what I've seen presented in other posts like mine.
