Sierra and High Sierra try. Color flickers

My Setup:

Mainboard: Z77-DS3H CPU: Intel Core i7 4770 Memory: 16 GB DDR3 Kingston Graphicscard: Sapphire Pulse AMD RADEON 6670 1GB

I can install High Sierra and Sierra but it flickers from normal to green and yellow. And this is very stupid
