I have a plan - any issues with this?

Okay so I have recently managed to get my Hackintosh up and running but messed up my partitioning. And can't set up an EFI partition on the main SSD.

So I have my main SSD currently in a bit of a mess, the plan is to use my USB Clover Bootdisk (Sierra) to boot into recovery mode, erase the SSD and partition correctly setting up an EFI partition at the same time (or do I not set it up here, and just alter the partition creaded by the OS install). I guess the question here is, does the OS install create a partition I can use for EFI or should I manually create one in the disk utility in recovery mode?

After I have done this and Success fully reinstalled Sierra, I want to install any outstanding sierra updates and then download the high sierra installer (note I have not left enough disk space to install the updates so can only do the update after re-partitioning the SSD). Create a second bootable USB with High Sierra on and then reinstall again.

Once that is booting fine I can copy the High Sierra EFI over to the SSD EFI partition and I should be good to go.

I just wondered if anybody can see any issues with my plan (i.e will it work??)

Thanks guys
