Updated my Hackintosh to 10.13.3 the other day and my Asus XG-C100C 10G network adapter roared to life. Great speeds, comporable to Windows. Not bad for $99
Beware, it does a firmware update to the card and you'll need iMacPro boot camp drivers for it to work in Windows.
