Clover resets boot flags every launch

Hey guys,

My Clover used to be fine until it recently started resetting the boot flags upon shutdown. I need "dart=0" in there because otherwise it doesn't boot. Now I'm forced to add the boot flag everytime the machine restarts, which is fine, but was wondering what's causing this issue.
