So, I wanted to turn my PC into a hackintosh using one of my hard drives. Now, I have no clue on Ryzen compatibility or if my mobo is. I don't even know where to start on getting high sierra or what's changed. Can somebody help me out?

RAM: 8GBs of Corsair 2133MHz RAM
GPU: Sapphire RX 480 8GB
