E6430 to run Xcode and compile for ios?

I'm starting with react native mobile apps development. I'm looking for a very cheap laptop to compile them.

Will it be enough for what I want? The only thing that needs to work is Xcode, the terminal and the usb ports to connect the iphone for testing. (networking too ofc) Is there any cheaper alternatives?
