Can't get sound working on Realtek ALC888

My sound card is a Realtek ALC888 running latest version of Sierra (10.12.5) on an Intel Core 2 Dueo E8500 + Intel MOBO DG41TY + Nvidia 8400. I installed the

I placed the following .KEXTS into my EFI/EFI/Clover/Kexts/Others folder

Then from within CloverConfigurator under devices I tried changing the Audio Inject to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 11, 28, 29 as listed in the following link. https://github.com/vit9696/AppleALC/wiki/Supported-codecs

However, Is that all I'm supposed to do? That link seems to suggest that I need to install some recourses or something somewhere for the numbers to correlate to, but I'm at a complete loss.
